1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PhysioPlus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
PhysioPlus provides professional physiotherapy, chiropractic, and wellness services and digital resources. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical services.
3. Booking and Cancellation
- Sessions must be booked in advance through our platform
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept M-Pesa and major credit/debit cards.
5. Digital Products
- Digital products are for personal use only
- Downloads are limited as specified for each product
- Sharing or redistributing digital products is prohibited
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content, subject to legal requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
PhysioPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
